Sanctuary at Chartley Manor is a Christian Retreat located inside a beautiful historic Tudor house set in the peaceful hamlet of Chartley, Staffordshire. It sits in beautiful gardens, with spaces for prayer and meditation.
Each Retreat is personalised for guests and retreatants have daily access to Spiritual Accompaniment.
Whether you choose to stay for a number of days or to visit for a quiet day, you will certainly leave Sanctuary encouraged and refreshed.

Nicola
Nicola has 16 years experience of Christian Pastoral Care, which has equipped her well for ministry at Chartley Manor. She has been an Art Teacher for 20 Years and a Christian minister for 16 years. She started a Christian charity, Arkministries, which worked with homeless people and those in need, running for 7 years.
Some will remember Nicola from Sanctuary at Colton House. She opened Sanctuary at Chartley Manor in March 2022. She offers Spiritual Accompaniment to her guests, as they journey with God beside them. Nicola provides daily worship and can give guidance on a number of Christian issues. She is always on hand if you would like guidance in the Art Room. Nicola provides a wonderful standard of food and hospitality, along with lots of love and laughter.
